FAQ: Pumpkin Patch & Spooky Farm Walk

Updated: Sep 19, 2023

Morning, everybody! Justin here. We’ve received a few questions about the pumpkin patch and spooky farm walk, so I thought I’d put together a FAQ for everyone.

Pumpkin Patch

Q: Is there a fee & what does it include?

A: Admission to the farm is $12/person which includes most of our activities as well as animal viewing and petting! Head on out to play yard games like connect four and corn hole, which are perfect for the adults. There’s also tons of activities for kids like tennis ball sling shots, a tube slide, hamster rolls, duck races, and backhoe diggers.

Q: Do you accept credit cards? A: We do accept cards on site through Square.

Q: When are you open?

A: 7 days a week from 9 to 5

Q: Are reservations required? A: Reservations are NOT required. Come on by anytime between 9 and 5.

Q: Can we feed the animals? A: Feed is available for purchase

Q: How long does it usually take? A: Most people spend 1-2 hours doing all of the different activities.

Q: What if we just want to buy a pumpkin? Do we have to pay admission? A: If you are looking to just purchase pumpkins, that is an option. We have plenty of pumpkins to choose from outside of our admission area.

Q: Do you have donuts and cider?

A: Saturdays and Sundays we do have donuts and other pastries, but (as of right now) no cider.

Q: Can we bring our dogs with us?

A: Well behaved dogs are welcomed to the farm, but they must remain leashed at all times.

Q: Are masks required? A: Because this is an outdoor event, masks are not required.

Spooky Farm Walk

Q: How long is the trail?

A: The trial is approximately 0.6 miles long and will take about 20 minutes to get through. It is through woods and has several hills, so we do recommend athletic shoes or hiking boots.

Q: Is it scary?

A: Yes! Prior to dark it is less scary. After dark our local haunts come out and we can’t guarantee they won’t jump out or chase you. We’ve heard lots of screams throughout the night!

Q: Is it kid friendly? Is there an age requirement? A: This depends on how brave your kids are! Before sunset we don’t have any actors so it’s just the animatronics (think walking through a Spirit Halloween store or Lowe’s). After dark we add actors, which makes it significantly scarier. That being said, we do have kids come through after dark who enjoy being scared!

Q: When is it?

A: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night in October from 5 to 10 p.m.

Q: Do we have to get tickets ahead of time?

A: It’s not required, but we do recommend it. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time online.
